How accurate are values? Values are estimates for reference only, not appraisals or offers to buy. Condition (grade) changes value a lot. For anything that might be valuable, ask a reputable coin dealer or a grading service.
The app couldn't identify my coin. Use bright, even light, fill the frame with the coin, and photograph the side with the date. Worn and foreign coins are harder.
How do I cancel my subscription or free trial? On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → CoinLoupe. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends to avoid being charged. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I restore a purchase? Open CoinLoupe → More → Upgrade → Restore.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
